| Description: |
A piece that is better not listened to in stress situations. 'Continuum' by György Ligeti is one of the most famous works of the 1960s, a classic of the modern age. It is not a piece to relax to. On the constant search for a fixed point of rest, the ear becomes more and more confused, getting under stress like the player on whom the piece makes great demands as well. The tinny sounds of the harpsichord do the rest so that, after a very short time, the listener begins to get nervous, if not enervated.
